Our team is actively supporting communities that have suffered the most destruction due to the war, facilitating the reconstruction of housing and social infrastructure — including schools, hospitals, kindergartens, and other facilities that are critically important for the full restoration of everyday life.
The primary goal of our work is to create safe and comfortable conditions for citizens to return to their homes.

COMPLETED PROJECTS
Major Repairs of the Apartment Building at 128 Severynivska St., Irpin
As a result of military aggression, the building sustained damage to both external and internal structural elements.
The major repairs included a comprehensive set of works to restore and reinforce the reinforced concrete panels of the exterior load-bearing wall. Damaged parts of the roof, covering, parapet, and technical floor were partially replaced and reinforced. Wall panels on the technical floor were restored, and the destroyed floor slab was replaced with a monolithic one.
The building’s facade was insulated in compliance with energy saving and energy efficiency standards.
Major Repairs of a 9-Story Residential Building at 23 Chornomorska St., Serhiivka
The building was damaged by a missile strike. The explosion completely destroyed the first entrance and severely damaged the other two.
The repair works included restoring and reinforcing the walls, replacing the roof, installing new windows and doors, renovating common areas, equipping a shelter, and carrying out interior repairs in the apartments, including finishing, replacement of utilities, and restoration of the heating system.
All works were carried out in accordance with accessibility and barrier-free standards.
Major Repairs of a Residential Building at 14 Myru St., Zaporizhzhia
The blast wave damaged the facade structures, apartments, and balconies of the 3rd and 4th entrances.
The construction of the main structural elements of the destroyed section has been completed. Facade insulation is nearly finished, and interior utility installation is ongoing. Interior finishing and balcony restoration are currently in progress.

Reconstruction of Settlements within the Pilot Recovery Project
Comprehensive recovery works are underway in the following locations: Posad-Pokrovske, Kherson region; Borodianka, Kyiv region; Yahidne, Chernihiv region; Trostianets, Sumy region.
Total: 593 facilities
Posad-Pokrovske – 391 facilities
The recovery plan includes the reconstruction and construction of residential buildings, road networks, administrative buildings, and utility systems.
Borodianka – 24 facilities
The plan includes the restoration of residential and social infrastructure, installation of electricity, gas, and water supply systems.
Yahidne – 119 facilities
The recovery involves rebuilding residential buildings and the road network, constructing a water borehole, and renovating the library-club and school — with the addition of a memorial complex.
Trostianets – 4 facilities
The works include major repairs of two road sections and a central square.
23 facilities — residential buildings and social infrastructure, are being restored with funding from the State Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.
In Zaporizhzhia, we are restoring 5 residential buildings. In Kyiv region, housing reconstruction is underway: 2 buildings in Makariv; 4 buildings in Irpin; 2 buildings in Bucha. In Vasylkiv, we are constructing a new 9-story building to replace a destroyed 5-story one. Restoration of apartment blocks is also ongoing in Piskivka village and Vyshhorod.
In Trostianets, Sumy region, two five-story buildings and a hospital are being rebuilt.
In Chernihiv region, we are reconstructing the canteen of the Ivanivka Lyceum and carrying out major repairs of the “Lisova Kazka” kindergarten building in the town of Honcharivske.
