The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA)
Since 2022, South Korea’s national agency has been providing Ukraine with grant assistance and technical support. KOICA contributes to the purchase of laboratory equipment for water monitoring and mobile water purification stations for regions affected by the destruction of the Kakhovka Hydropower Plant.

The Central Project Management Agency (CPVA)
The Lithuanian government provides comprehensive support to Ukraine, particularly in restoring educational institutions. In partnership with CPVA, the Agency launched the School of the Future for Ukraine initiative — rebuilding a school in Borodianka, a kindergarten in Irpin, and currently restoring a school in Bucha. CPVA also supports the Agency in transforming procurement systems and developing anti-corruption strategies.

The Estonian Center for International Development (ESTDEV)
The Estonian development agency supports energy efficiency projects in Ukrainian communities. It helps the Agency modernize residential buildings and social infrastructure. With ESTDEV’s support, a kindergarten was opened in Ovruch, Zhytomyr region.

Sweden’s official development agency supports the emergency construction of energy facilities and contributes to Ukraine’s transition to green energy. SIDA also assists the Agency for Restoration in improving the quality of project documentation.

European Union Anti-corruption Initiative (EUACI)
The EU’s largest anti-corruption programme, co-financed and implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. EUACI supports the Agency in introducing new approaches to public procurement. Among the joint achievements are the development of unified market rules for contractors, a draft Anti-Corruption Programme, and a corruption risk assessment system.
