The final stage of the selection process for the position of Head of the Centralized Procurement Organization (CPO) has concluded at the Agency for Restoration. The Head of the Agency conducted interviews with the candidates recommended by the working group and made a decision on the candidate who will lead the CPO. The selected candidate is Volodymyr Levkovych. He is a specialist in infrastructure management, public procurement, and law, with over 15 years of experience.
Volodymyr Levkovych holds two higher education degrees—from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and Kyiv University of Economics and Law KROK—and has obtained master’s degrees in Law and Finance. He has implemented national and international projects (USAID, EBRD, IBRD) and brings experience in business, law, consulting, and the public sector.
Soon, in accordance with legal requirements, a special background check will be conducted for the selected candidate, based on which a final appointment decision will be made and a fixed-term contract signed.
