We’re building high-rise buildings from the ground up in Hostomel

Kyiv region

The restoration of housing destroyed during russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022 continues in the Kyiv region. On Proskurivska Street in Hostomel, we are continuing the construction of new seven-storey apartment buildings comprising a total of 360 apartments. These residential buildings are being erected on the site of former apartment blocks with 272 apartments that were destroyed at the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

Construction works for Phases I and II are currently underway. At this stage, two apartment buildings are under construction. Specialists are installing the first-floor slabs and carrying out brickwork in the basement of one building, while in the other they are assembling the vertical structural elements of the first floor.

Special attention is being given to the construction of a large dual-purpose underground facility with the protective features of a radiation shelter. In peacetime, it will serve as a sports complex, while in the event of danger, it will provide reliable shelter for local residents. The facility will cover more than 2,100 square metres and will be able to accommodate 1,212 people at the same time. Current works include waterproofing the basement walls and preparing the foundation base for the shelter.

We are restoring not only homes but also creating a modern, safe, and comfortable environment where people can live and thrive.
