We continue to rebuild a multi-story building

Work continues in many settlements under difficult conditions. But rebuilding housing and infrastructure is important for people who continue to work and live in their cities and want to return to their homes.

In particular, a five-story building located in the center of Zaporizhzhia was destroyed twice as a result of enemy shelling. The second time was during the restoration work. A technical inspection of the building’s structures was carried out immediately. It was determined that the high-rise building had not suffered significant damage and that its reconstruction could continue.

Builders have already completed work to restore and reinforce the load-bearing structures of the first entrance. In addition, they have completed the dismantling of damaged external insulation and the installation of basement flashings on the facades.

Currently, dismantling and finishing work is underway in the damaged apartments, and windows are being installed in the first and second entrances. Specialists are also working on reinforcing the balcony slabs and installing balcony structures. At the same time, the facades are being insulated.

As part of the project, the following will be carried out: restoration and reinforcement of the building’s load-bearing structures; repair of damaged apartments, water supply, heating, sewage and power supply engineering networks. The building will also undergo facade insulation, roof repair and restoration of the surrounding area.
