Reconstruction of damaged housing is ongoing across Ukraine. Despite difficult conditions, as many settlements remain under regular shelling, the work continues. We strive to return people to their homes in their native cities as soon as possible.

One of these buildings is a five-story building on Skifska Street. The building was damaged twice due to enemy shelling. Currently, active restoration work is underway.
Funding is provided from the State Budget.

Builders have already completed the restoration and reinforcement of the load-bearing structures of the first entrance. In addition, damaged external insulation was removed, and plinth drains were installed on the facades.

Currently, demolition and finishing work is ongoing in the damaged apartments. Specialists are also working on reinforcing balcony slabs, installing balcony structures and windows. Facade insulation is also in progress.

As part of the project, the following work will be completed:
• restoration and reinforcement of the building’s load-bearing structures;
• repair of damaged apartments and engineering systems including water supply, heating, sewage and electricity.
The building will also receive facade insulation, roof repairs and restoration of the surrounding landscaping.
