We are continuing the major overhaul of the bridge on the R-69 road near Vyshhorod. The structural elements of the bridge were destroyed in 2022 as a result of armed aggression by the russian federation.

Earlier, specialists dismantled the damaged structures and began restoration work. The contractor has already installed new bridge piers, reinforced concrete girders, and constructed a monolithic reinforced concrete slab across the spans.
Currently, work is ongoing to repair the surviving bridge structures and reinforce the slabs between the piers. This includes:
· Repair of reinforced concrete beams and surfaces between the spans
· Waterproofing the monolithic foundation of the abutment
· Installation of embedded components to begin the concreting process
The bridge reconstruction is being carried out under a loan agreement with the United Kingdom and is one of the priority transport infrastructure projects in the Kyiv region.
To meet the region’s urgent logistical needs, a temporary bypass with a 120-meter pontoon crossing over the canal was built.
The restoration work is now in its final stage. We plan to open the bridge to traffic this autumn.
