In Borodianka, Kyiv region, work is continuing on the restoration of residential buildings as part of a comprehensive restoration program. One of them is a high-rise building at 2 Parkova Street, with 254 apartments.
The building has already been insulated on the technical floor and basement, and work has been carried out on the installation of the main water supply network. Brickwork for ventilation ducts and concrete slabs has also been completed, and brick parapets have been erected on the roof. The elevator equipment has been replaced and put into operation.
Currently, builders are performing facade and roofing work, finishing common areas and installing sewage networks. At the same time, electrical work is being carried out — power cables are being laid from floor panels to the apartments of the first entrance.
Next in line is the completion of work on insulating the basement, renovating two apartments and landscaping the surrounding area.
