We are continuing to repair the bridge on the P-69 road in Vyshhorod district, Kyiv region.
Currently, we’re working on:
- bench preparation of metal beams for further installation;
- formwork and reinforcement of the monolithic slab in spans 5-7;
- installation of platforms and repair of reinforced concrete surfaces of supports No. 3, 4.
The structural elements of the structure were destroyed or accidentally damaged in 2022 as a result of the armed aggression of the russian federation.
To enable restricted access for passenger vehicles and emergency services, a temporary detour was arranged with a 120-meter-long pontoon crossing over the canal. In mid-2024 the main repair work on the bridge began.
Reconstruction of the bridge is carried out under a loan agreement with the UK.
The opening of traffic and commissioning of the bridge this fall will restore and significantly improve logistics and ensure uninterrupted and safe traffic, which is of priority importance for the livelihoods of the population and the country’s defense.
