On the M-05 Kyiv-Odesa highway we are working on an overpass and a roundabout which will be important for organizing safe traffic flow and improving regional and international logistics connections. The tunnel-type interchange will also solve the problem of dangerous turns and traffic lights on this section of the highway.
Specialists are currently pouring concrete to create a solid support structure for the interchange. They are drilling technological holes and installing stops. They are installing formwork for staircases on the slope on the right lane and on cones on the slopes on the left lane. Preparation of the foundation for the sidewalk and curb in the tunnel is ongoing. This work is an important part of preparing the foundation that will support the road embankment or exit ramp.
