In October 2022 russian occupiers launched a missile attack on Zaporizhzhia. One of the missiles hit a five-story building in the city center, completely destroying the entire entrance. Reconstruction began in late 2023. The overhaul is in its final stages.
The five-story building has 10 entrances and 150 apartments. The builders have already restored the destroyed section of the building: they have completed the masonry of the walls, installation of floor slabs, staircases and landings. They have installed an insulated roof, installed balcony structures and glazed windows and stairwells. The main water supply and heating networks were installed. The facade insulation works have been completed by 95%.
Currently, the finishing works in the apartments, balcony decoration and landscaping of the adjacent territory are underway.
