In the Kyiv region, in the city of Irpin, at 131 Severynivska Street, renovation work is ongoing on a residential building that was damaged by russian military aggression. We are completely restoring the building to provide housing for 107 families.

The restoration began with the dismantling of the damaged part of the high-rise and the rebuilding of its exterior walls. The team also insulated the facade, installed new windows and balcony structures, and repaired the interior walls.
Currently, work is being carried out on the roof. Builders have installed roof fencing, laid two layers of roofing material, and insulated the ventilation shaft covers. Installation of galvanized parapet covers is in progress, and fencing is being mounted in the common areas. Roofing work is also ongoing at the entrance zones.

In parallel, we are also restoring the landscaping around the building. A crushed stone-reinforced base has already been prepared for the installation of the blind area (paving around the building).
According to the project, the major renovation of the building is being carried out in full compliance with accessibility and barrier-free access requirements.
