A five-story building in Zaporizhzhia was destroyed twice as a result of enemy shelling. One of the attacks occurred while restoration work was already underway. A technical inspection of the building structures was carried out immediately. The results showed that the building had not suffered significant damage, and the reconstruction was continued.

What has already been done:
- the load-bearing structures of the first entrance have been restored and reinforced
- the damaged external insulation has been dismantled
- the facade has been insulated
- the external gas supply networks have been rearranged.
Currently in progress:
- decorating the facade with textured plaster
- repairing the roof
- finishing work in damaged apartments
- reinforcing balcony slabs
- installing metal-plastic balcony structures and windows
- installing water supply and sewage engineering networks
Funding is provided from the state budget.

The project will include: restoration and reinforcement of the building’s load-bearing structures, repair of damaged apartments, water supply, heating, sewage and power supply engineering networks. The building’s facades will also be insulated, the roof will be repaired, and the surrounding area will be landscaped.
We plan to give residents the keys to their homes this year.
