In the Kyiv region, in the urban-type settlement of Borodianka, we are repairing a two-section residential building at 4 Semashka Street. The building was damaged as a result of russian military aggression in March 2022. We are restoring the multi-storey building to accommodate 216 residents.
Construction workers initially repaired the damaged structural elements, installed new windows and balconies to replace those that were destroyed, and arranged a stormwater drainage system. Wall insulation in the basement has also been completed.

Currently, specialists are finishing the insulation and decoration of the facade. They are installing window slopes in common areas and working in parallel on the interior finishing of these shared spaces.
According to the project, the nine-storey building will undergo roof repairs, restoration and reinforcement of damaged floor slabs, replacement of ventilation blocks, demolition and construction of new partitions, restoration of door units, and installation of new entrance groups. Interior finishing, external wall insulation, balcony glazing, and repairs to staircases and landings in common areas will also be carried out.
The building is being restored with consideration for the needs of people with limited mobility.

The comprehensive recovery of Borodianka is being implemented as part of an experimental project. In the settlement, we are rebuilding housing, administrative buildings, educational institutions and utility networks. Additionally, we are reconstructing the road and street infrastructure.
