The full length of the pipeline has already been installed, while work on supporting infrastructure continues. Pumping stations are 86% complete.
Three weeks ago, we began filling the system with water. The water has already passed through three pumping stations and filled the entire length of this section. Only 1.9 kilometers remain to be filled — this will happen once the pipeline is connected to the existing water supply system.

Water is being supplied gradually to help prevent pipe damage and other emergencies before the system becomes fully operational. Each stage is carefully monitored — pressure, shut-off valves, air release valves, and the condition of the pipeline are all checked.
Mykolaiv residents are expected to receive water in August, once the pipeline is confirmed to be ready for normal operation. So far, more than 97% of the entire 66-kilometer-long pipeline has been inspected.

Additionally, underground substations and shelters for personnel are being constructed to ensure safety. Cables are being laid underground, and irrigation systems are being installed to deliver an extra 50 cubic meters of water per day to farmers.
