We continue to restore damaged facilities throughout Ukraine. The focus is on rebuilding housing so that people can return to their homes in their hometowns as soon as possible. Often, the work continues under difficult conditions, as many settlements are under regular shelling.

One such facility is a five-story building on Skifska Street in Zaporizhzhia which has been destroyed twice by enemy shelling. One of these incidents occurred while restoration work was already underway. A technical inspection of the building structures was carried out immediately. The results showed that the building had not suffered significant damage and that its reconstruction could continue.
The builders have already completed the initial work on the first stage of strengthening the load-bearing structures of the first entrance. In addition, the dismantling of the damaged external insulation and the installation of basement flashings on the facades have been completed.

Work is currently underway on the second stage: restoration and reinforcement of the damaged structures of the first floor of the first entrance. At the same time, dismantling work in the apartments and facade insulation work are continuing. The installation of metal-plastic windows has also begun.
As part of the project, the building’s load-bearing structures will be rebuilt and reinforced, the facades will be insulated and the roof will be repaired. Specialists will also repair damaged apartments and replace damaged windows and balconies. In addition, the building’s water supply, heating, sewage, and electrical systems will be restored and the surrounding area will be landscaped.
The work is being financed from the state budget.
