At the URC2025 Conference, which concluded today in Rome, we presented our partners with a special gift — the Light of Home.
This is not just a keepsake from the event. It is a symbol of recovery that carries deep meaning.
The idea was born during our work in areas where the war left behind ruins instead of homes and schools.
We collected fragments of destroyed buildings in Kharkiv, Dnipro, Chernihiv, Kyiv regions, and others, processed them at modern facilities provided by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and transformed them into something new.
It is a plant in a glowing pot.
It symbolizes a home illuminated by hope.
A country growing from the ashes.

The souvenir was created in cooperation with the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine and UNDP.
