The Central Procurement Organization is a part of Agency for Restoration and is launching a preliminary market consultation procedure. The subject of the consultations is the procurement of works for the installation of WIM (Weigh-in-Motion) systems and works for the operational maintenance of WIM systems.
The purpose of the market consultations is to study the technical capabilities of modern WIM solutions, collect information about manufacturers and suppliers, evaluate financing options, return on investment on a full payment basis, determine service and repair requirements and obtain proposals for a contract structure with risk sharing.
The following are invited to participate:
● Manufacturers and suppliers of WIM complexes.
● Integrators and service providers.
● Engineering and IT companies.
● Financial organizations with experience in infrastructure PBC contracts.
