In Trostianets, Sumy region, we are continuing major repairs on one of the region’s key transport arteries — the H-12 Sumy–Poltava highway. The works are being carried out as part of a pilot project for the comprehensive restoration of settlements affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
On the section of the road running through the city center, the main works have been completed: driveways were arranged, tiles laid on sidewalks and bicycle lanes, and the sewer collector was replaced. We are now continuing to install guardrails, connect lighting poles to the power grid, apply road markings, and install traffic signs.
On the section of the road at the city exit toward Okhtyrka, measures have been taken to eliminate pavement deformations. Installation of streetlight poles has begun, existing lamps are being replaced, and barrier guardrails are being installed. The next stage involves laying the top asphalt layer.
We kindly ask drivers to remain attentive and cautious, and to follow traffic rules in areas where road works are in progress.
