Road repairs have begun on the T-17-05 road in Poltava region. Work has started near the village of Zavodske in Mirgorod district in the direction of the city of Hadiach.
The damaged pavement has already been milled, a crushed stone and concrete base with cement reinforcement has been laid, and a bottom layer of coarse-grained asphalt concrete has been laid. Repair work is being carried out simultaneously in both directions.

Over the past 50 years, the passability of this road has been maintained mainly through patch repairs. Only in 2021 was it possible to renew three kilometers of pavement as part of routine repairs. However, with the start of the full-scale invasion by the russian federation, the work was suspended. Repairs resumed after the completion of tender procedures and the selection of a contractor.
The road closes the ring between the Kyiv-Kharkiv, Krolevets-Pyriatyn and Poltava-Hadiach motorways, and provides connections to the northern communities of the region and neighboring regions. It is important for sustainable transport links between communities and military logistics.
Traffic intensity reaches up to 3,000 vehicles per day.
