In the village of Piskivka, Kyiv region, we are restoring a multi-apartment residential building that was damaged as a result of russia’s armed aggression. The building suffered extensive destruction due to an airstrike and required complete reconstruction.
Initially, the construction team fully dismantled the destroyed structures, installed a lean concrete base, built the foundation, the building’s frame and completed the floor slabs. External and internal walls made of aerated concrete blocks have been erected, and monolithic works have been carried out.

In addition, the heating, power supply and sewage systems have already been installed. The roof frame has been completed, and chimneys and ventilation ducts have been constructed.
Currently, specialists are insulating the floors of the 1st and 2nd floors. At the same time, window blocks are being installed. Interior finishing and door installation will follow in the apartments and common areas.

According to the project, the building will be energy-efficient, featuring new utility networks and lightning protection. Each apartment will be equipped with a boiler, electric heater and stove. Landscaping will also be carried out. All works are being implemented with consideration for inclusivity and accessibility.
