In the Kyiv region work is underway to overhaul a house in Borodyanka at 355, Tsentralna Street.
The building was damaged during the armed aggression of the russian federation in March 2022 when russian troops occupied a part of Kyiv region. An air bomb hit the middle of the nine-story building, demolished several floors and part of the building collapsed.
After the inspection it was decided to overhaul the building and reinforce the structures.

Now the specialists are carrying out facade work on the inside of the building. They are arranging the ebb tides. Tiles are being laid and painted in the common areas: corridors, spans and staircases are being painted.
Previously, the building’s load-bearing structures were strengthened, new windows and doors were installed, an insulated roof was installed, the facade was restored, the interior was renovated, the basement was insulated and waterproofed and the utility networks were partially replaced.
The 98-apartment building is one of the facilities in Borodyanka that we are working on as part of a pilot project for the comprehensive restoration of settlements affected by the armed aggression of the russian federation.
