Kharkiv region received 796 million UAH from the state budget reserve fund — almost one-third of its total amount. The funds were allocated for the restoration of frontline and lateral roads with a total length of 621 km.

The repair work was carried out under extremely difficult conditions — in close proximity to the front line, under shelling and the threat of drone attacks. Despite this, emergency recovery efforts were completed in a short timeframe — within 2.5 months.

The restored routes have ensured:
- proper military logistics near the front line in the most intense areas
- reliable connectivity between neighboring regions
- uninterrupted access for the evacuation of civilians
Thanks to the completed repairs, the time required to evacuate the wounded from combat zones has been reduced by at least 60%.
