In the Kyiv region major repairs are underway on the bridge over the Teteriv River which was damaged by shelling at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. At that time, the span structures and piers were destroyed , it is a key elements of the structure.
After dismantling the destroyed structures (four spans) and erecting six new ones made of steel beams, specialists are concreting the under-trusses on the girders of one of the piers. They are continuing to concrete and reinforce the girder on the other pier, an element that ensures the strength and stability of the structure.

On yet another pier, drilling for piles, reinforcement cage binding, and preparatory work for the subsequent installation of new piles are being carried out.
The work is being carried out according to schedule and in compliance with all technological requirements.
The restoration of the bridge is of strategic importance for the region to ensure sustainable transport and logistics.
The reconstruction of the bridge is being carried out as part of a pilot project covering six objects in the Kyiv region. The work is being carried out with financial support from UK Export Finance (UKEF).
