In the Kyiv region, major repairs are underway on a nine-story building at 131, Severynivska st. in Irpin. The building was damaged during active hostilities in February-March 2022. At that time almost 70% of the building suffered massive destruction: load-bearing structures, part of the roof and floor slabs, interior walls and partitions were damaged.

Major repairs began in 2023. Firstly, builders dismantled the damaged elements of the building, restored and reinforced the exterior walls, repaired the interior walls and partitions, completed the insulation of the facade, installed windows and balcony structures, and arranged for the waterproofing and insulation of the basement.
Currently, specialists are carrying out roofing work and finishing common areas. They are repairing ventilation ducts and landscaping the territory.
Before the full-scale invasion 278 residents lived in the building. The restoration is being carried out at the expense of the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.
