A contracting company is working on installing the abutments for the future artificial structure. A total of 10 supports have been designed: 5 on each riverbank.
The metal modular components that will be used to assemble the new bridge have been provided free of charge by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) under the Emergency Recovery Programme.

The new artificial structure will be 20 meters long. Notably, the old bridge, due to years of operation, had a load capacity of up to 28 tonnes, while the new one will withstand up to 100 tonnes. If weather conditions are favorable, construction work is scheduled to be completed by October this year.
We urge drivers traveling on the R-43/M-19/ – Lanivtsi – /H-02/ route to plan their journey according to the suggested detour routes.
As a reminder, in early August, reconstruction of the bridge on the R-43 national road in the village of Chernykhivtsi began after it was damaged by a truck that exceeded the allowable weight limit. A detour has been arranged around the construction site, and appropriate warning signs and panels have been installed.
