The restoration of residential infrastructure in Trostianets is ongoing. One of the key sites is a five-story apartment building at 9 Neskuchanska Street. During active hostilities, the building sustained significant damage as a result of shelling by russian tanks. Thirty families were left without their homes.

Currently, work on the site is actively progressing. A significant amount of interior work has already been completed:
• self-leveling floor screeds have been installed in the apartment rooms
• door openings have been expanded
• wall and floor chases have been made
• pipelines for towel warmers have been laid
• sanitary equipment has been installed
Electrical installation and lighting work is ongoing. Additional works include wall puttying, wall waterproofing, tiling of walls and floors with ceramic tiles, and laminate flooring installation. Door blocks are being installed, suspended ceilings are being mounted, and wallpapering is nearing completion.

Once the repairs are completed, dozens of families will be able to return to their homes and resume their normal lives.
The major repairs of apartment buildings in Trostianets are funded by the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression of the russian federation. Restoration work began in October 2023, with the main scope already completed: interior partitions and the roof have been rebuilt, load-bearing walls reinforced, new windows and doors installed, and utility networks laid. In 2025, the project documentation was updated to reflect residents’ needs, particularly regarding the interior finishing of apartments.
