In the town of Borodianka, Kyiv region, major repairs are underway on a five-story apartment building located at 1 Parkova Street. We are restoring a multi-apartment residential building for 216 residents. The work is part of an experimental project for the comprehensive recovery of settlements affected by russia’s armed aggression.

Currently, specialists are installing lighting in common areas and laying paving tiles. At the same time, roof repairs are ongoing, and the installation of the solar panel frame has begun.
Previously, damaged load-bearing walls were restored, the plinth, technical floor and ground floor slabs were insulated. Electrical panels were replaced, balcony structures were renewed and the facade was insulated and finished. Additionally, landscaping work was carried out: curbs were installed in the yard, and the pedestrian walkway was repaired.

The building was damaged by a blast wave in March 2022. The explosion affected the walls and facade, roof, interior spaces, and window and balcony structures. We are rebuilding so that people can return to comfortable living conditions.
