Reconstructing a residential building in Borodianka

Housing and social infrastructure
Kyiv region

In the village of Borodianka, Kyiv region, we are carrying out major repairs of a two-storey residential building at 336 Tsentralna Street, which was damaged as a result of the armed aggression by the russian federation.

Interior demolition works in the apartments and common areas have already been completed. Gas block partitions have been built on both the first and second floors. Facade work, including the insulation of the building’s plinth, has been completed. Structural reinforcements have been installed both externally and internally.

Balcony slabs have been strengthened with metal structures. The manufacturing and installation of metal canopies over the balconies have also been completed. Masonry work for bathrooms and inter-apartment partitions is 90% complete. Electrical wiring has been laid in the apartments.

Currently, floor installation is underway, along with earthworks, gravel preparation and reinforcement. Simultaneously, workers are plastering interior walls. Bricklaying of bathroom and inter-apartment partitions is ongoing. In addition, lightning protection systems are being installed on the building.

The comprehensive recovery of Borodianka goes beyond the reconstruction of residential infrastructure. As part of this project, we are also modernizing utility networks and creating a safe and comfortable living environment for the residents.
