Major repairs are ongoing in two apartment buildings on Zaporizka Street that were damaged by enemy shelling in 2023. Restoration works began at the end of the same year, funded by the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.
In one of the buildings, two entrances were affected: one was almost completely destroyed, and in the other, several apartments and balconies were damaged. In the second apartment building, the 4th entrance was damaged.

In the first building, specialists have already completed masonry work on the 9th floor walls. The installation of floor slabs and parapet walls on the roof is nearing completion. In the second entrance, the attic insulation has been completed and facade insulation is nearing completion. Currently, masonry work on internal partitions on the 6th floor is underway, along with electrical installations and plastering of apartment walls. Construction crews are also continuing repairs on stairwells and balconies, installing windows and setting up drainage systems.
In the neighboring apartment building, all demolition works have been fully completed. Additionally, specialists have restored and reinforced the end wall of the damaged entrance, and finishing works in the apartments are ongoing. Window and balcony glazing is also in progress.

The restoration project for both buildings on Zaporizka Street includes full reconstruction with interior finishing of apartments and stairwells, as well as the installation of engineering utilities.
