In the city of Trostyanets, Sumy region, major repairs are underway on an apartment building at 53 Blagovishchenska Street. In February-March 2022, during the occupation of the city, the building was shelled by russian troops. As a result of numerous hits, several fires broke out in the building. We are restoring a high-rise building for 60 families.
Last year, the main construction work on the high-rise building was completed. In 2025, taking into account the needs of the apartment owners, adjustments were made to the project documentation, in particular regarding the interior finishing of the residential premises.
Currently, work is underway to restore the power supply and plaster the walls in the apartments. Work has begun on waterproofing the walls. Next up is the laying of ceramic tiles.
The major repairs to apartment buildings are being carried out at the expense of the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression by the russian federation.
