The high-rise building at 9 Neskuchanska Street is one of the residential buildings we are restoring in Trostyanets, Sumy region. At the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion, the five-story building was significantly damaged by russian tank shelling. Thirty families were left homeless.
Last year, the main construction work on the high-rise building was completed. To take into account the needs of apartment owners, adjustments were made to the project documentation in 2025, in particular regarding the interior finishing of the apartments.
Currently, work is underway to install self-leveling screeds in the apartments, widen doorways, plaster walls, lay pipes for connecting towel dryers, waterproof walls and lay ceramic tiles.
Next in line is wallpapering the walls and installing laminate flooring.
The major repairs to apartment buildings are being carried out at the expense of the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression by the russian federation.
