In the town of Trostianets, Sumy region, major repairs are underway on a multi-apartment building at 53 Blahovishchenska Street.
During the occupation of the town in February–March 2022, the building was heavily shelled by russian forces, resulting in several fires and the destruction of multiple apartments.

Today, we are restoring this building so that 60 families can once again return to their homes.
A significant amount of work has already been completed. Damaged elements have been dismantled, and installation work to restore the electricity supply has begun — apartment electrical panels, switches, and lighting fixtures are being installed.

Floor installation has been completed, waterproofing of rooms is underway, as well as the installation of self-leveling screeds, painting of balcony floors, and tiling of walls and floors with ceramic tiles. Pipeline installation for towel dryers, door frame installation, and suspended ceiling works are in progress. Wallpapering of the walls has also begun.

The capital repair of the building at 53 Blahovishchenska Street is funded by the Fund for Eliminating of the Consequences of Armed Aggression of the russian federation.
