The restoration of the housing stock continues across Ukraine. In the Kyiv region, we are rebuilding a multi-storey residential building in Bucha on Yablunska Street. The nine-storey building sustained significant damage during the early stages of the full-scale invasion.
The work is now in its final stages. We plan to complete the major repairs of the building, which contains 144 apartments, by the end of this year so that more than 420 residents can return to their homes.

Specialists have already reinforced the load-bearing walls with metal structures and installed new monolithic floor slabs. Lightning protection has been installed on the roof. New windows and balconies have been installed in every apartment. The building’s facade has been insulated, and the elevators in all four sections of the building have been put into operation.
Landscaping work is currently underway: an outdoor parking area is being constructed on the Yablunska Street side, and a children’s playground is being built in the courtyard.

Work on the installation of water supply and heating systems in the basement is nearing completion. In addition, interior finishing work is ongoing in the apartments, along with the installation of water heaters.
