In Irpin, Kyiv region, on Akademika Zarify Aliyevoi Street, 61, we are carrying out major repairs on a residential building with 107 apartments. The building was damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. Apartments on the 8th and 9th floors of the third entrance were completely destroyed by fire due to a direct hit.

Specialists have already completed the dismantling of damaged structures, including the roof and wall panels. Currently, construction crews are working on installing and insulating the facade. Finishing works are also being carried out in common areas, including tiling.
The project includes dismantling destroyed structures, reinforcing the damaged part of the roof, restoring the roof, replacing damaged windows and doors, insulating and finishing facades, and refurbishing common areas. Additional measures include reinforcing staircases. All works are being carried out with consideration for inclusivity and accessibility requirements.
The restoration is funded by the State Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation.
