On the M-21 highway near the village of Pryazhiv, the installation of a crash cushion barrier system has been completed. This very system recently activated during an accident at this location and helped save the lives of those involved.
Crash cushions are special safety structures installed on high-risk road sections. In the event of a collision, they function like a “car airbag”—the internal elements gradually deform to absorb the impact, while the outer beams collapse telescopically to reduce the force of the crash and save lives.

We install these systems in areas with the highest risk of accidents to minimize the consequences of crashes and enhance road safety.
However, even the most advanced safety systems cannot replace careful driving. We remind all drivers to follow these essential safety rules:
- Obey speed limits and maintain a safe distance,
- Stay alert at intersections,
- Consider weather and road conditions,
- Respect pedestrians and cyclists,
- Ensure your vehicle is in good working condition,
- Pay attention to road signs and markings.
Road safety depends on each of us.
