As part of the Emergency Recovery and Reconstruction Project, the Training Center in Bila Tserkva has received specialized training equipment with the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), represented by the JICA Ukraine Office.

The equipment includes a simulator for operating heavy machinery, machines for training road construction equipment operators, vehicles for training drivers and modern specialized machinery.
The project aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Agency for Restoration in training qualified personnel for the reconstruction of Ukraine’s infrastructure.
“This is an important contribution to preparing professionals who will rebuild the country. Modern simulators and training systems enable faster and higher-quality skill acquisition, directly increasing the effectiveness of infrastructure recovery. The Training Center prepares specialists for infrastructure reconstruction, and the equipment provided significantly enhances its ability to do so at an even higher level. We thank the Government of Japan and JICA for their continued support and partnership. I also thank the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine for supporting the Agency’s initiative to involve the Training Center in this project,” said Deputy Head of the Agency for Restoration Ivan Lukeria.
The equipment will serve as a tool for implementing important social programs.
In particular, the Training Center has launched a course for women who will obtain qualifications as bus drivers and car drivers. In the future, they will participate in humanitarian and social programs, including providing transportation support to vulnerable groups.

In addition, the Training Center pays special attention to the professional adaptation of male and female veterans who have completed military service and require retraining, restoration of professional skills, and integration into civilian life.
The Training Center is already delivering relevant training programs and plans to expand them in the future.
Receiving this equipment is an important contribution to the implementation of educational and social initiatives. It will also be used to train qualified workers essential for the recovery and development of Ukraine’s infrastructure.
