In Zaporizhzhia, we are restoring a multi-story residential building for 80 families.

The restoration of a five-story building in the city center, damaged during an enemy attack in the spring of 2023, is underway. We are rebuilding homes for 80 families.

Reconstruction began at the end of 2023. At this stage, the main structural framework of the destroyed section has been fully completed. In particular, walls and floors have been rebuilt, and staircases and landings have been installed. A new insulated roof with a parapet railing has been constructed. In addition, specialists have installed a drainage system, rebuilt balconies and completed glazing work.

The facades have also been insulated, and internal heating, sewage, and water supply networks have been installed. Finishing works are ongoing in the apartments, stairwells, and balconies. At the same time, specialists are installing sanitary fixtures and equipment.

The final stage includes tiling in bathrooms and on balconies in the 1st and 4th entrances. Landscaping of the adjacent area and installation of the internal gas supply network are also in progress.

The restoration project provides for comprehensive reconstruction, including interior finishing of the damaged apartments and the restoration of essential external and internal engineering networks. Throughout the process, we adhere to the principles of energy efficiency, inclusiveness and accessibility.
