The repairs are being carried out as part of an experimental project for the comprehensive restoration of settlements affected by hostilities. Once the work is complete, 216 residents will be able to return to their homes.
Experts have already restored the load-bearing walls, insulated the building’s foundation, installed curbs and partially repaired the sidewalk.

Currently, the roof is being repaired, and landscaping is being carried out next to the building to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for future residents. Builders are carrying out a range of works aimed at creating and renovating green areas to improve the ecological condition and aesthetic appearance.
For reference.
Borodianka is one of the settlements in the Kyiv region that suffered the most during the hostilities. The building was damaged by a blast wave in March 2022 as a result of the russian federation’s armed aggression. Today, reconstruction continues in Borodianka, which will allow residents to return to their normal, comfortable lives.
