A working meeting was held at the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine with the participation of Deputy Head of the Agency for Restoration, Ivan Lukeria, representatives of the Embassy of France in Ukraine, Business France, and French companies specializing in energy, infrastructure, water supply, environmental protection and construction.

During the meeting, teams from the Ministry and the Agency for Restoration informed the partners about the current needs in the recovery sector and presented the DREAM platform—a digital public investment management system that ensures transparency and accountability of projects.

The French companies expressed their interest in participating in the reconstruction of Ukraine. They presented solutions in areas such as energy efficiency, sustainable construction, water supply and treatment, road infrastructure, geodesy and digitalization.
The Single Project Pipeline for 2026 (SPP-2026) was also presented, which includes 149 projects and programs, 83 of which focus on housing, transport, municipal infrastructure and service provision.
