On October 10, the event “Partnership dialogue: CPO and communities — benefits and tools for cooperation” brought together over 350 participants from across the country, including representatives of local communities, the Agency for Restoration, and the Centralized Procurement Organization (CPO).
The goal was to introduce communities to the cooperation opportunities and tools offered by the CPO:
Market Analytics and Consultations — market analysis, price and competition assessment, support in drafting technical specifications and expected cost estimates.
Documentation Review — evaluation of technical specifications, contract drafts, and budgets to ensure compliance with current legislation and construction standards.
Consolidation of Community Needs — joint procurement to improve conditions, standardize documentation, and reduce administrative workload.
Procurement Procedures — organizing transparent, competitive, and fair procurement processes.
The CPO aims to become a reliable partner in reconstruction and construction, offering expertise, digital solutions, analytics, and educational support.
