In Bila Tserkva, training has begun for Category C — truck drivers at the Training Center for Vocational Training, Retraining and Skills Development. The group includes over 10 internally displaced persons from Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.

This training program is an opportunity for adaptation, integration, and professional development, implemented with the support of the International Organization for Migration (IOM). Today, Category C drivers are in high demand — they play a key role in transportation, logistics, business operations and humanitarian missions.
What’s especially inspiring is that women are also choosing this profession. This reflects the breaking of stereotypes, the advancement of gender policy in the transport sector and the remarkable strength of Ukrainian women.
Together, we are helping people discover themselves in a new profession and contribute to the country’s future.
Background: The Training Center is a state-owned vocational education institution under the management of the Agency for Restoration. It provides vocational education and training in three forms: initial training, retraining and upskilling of workers.
