In the city of Vasylkiv, Kyiv region, we are continuing construction of a new nine-story residential building on Dekabrystiv Street, on the site of a five-story building that was destroyed by a missile strike in 2022. After demolition, a new 96-apartment building with a shelter is being built. Reconstruction follows the principles of accessibility and takes into account the needs of people with limited mobility.

Builders have already completed the monolithic basement structures, waterproofing and insulation of the exterior walls. They also built the monolithic vertical elements of the reinforced concrete frame for the four floors. Additionally, the floor slab of the first floor in the second section has been poured.

Currently, monolithic works are ongoing: construction of the vertical elements of the 5th floor in the second section and pouring the floor slab of the 5th floor in the first section. Specialists are also laying bricks and aerated concrete blocks in the basement and installing the external utility networks.

All necessary machinery is in operation at the site, including a tower crane, excavator, welding transformers, bending machines and power tools. The new building will feature an insulated facade, finished common areas and landscaped surroundings.
