In Vasylkiv, Kyiv region, construction is underway on a nine-story residential building on Dekabristiv Street, replacing a five-story building that was destroyed during a missile strike in March 2022. A decision was made to completely dismantle the remains and build a new nine-story structure.
Specialists have partially completed the insulation of the basement walls below ground level using geotextile (for protection). They have constructed the slabs and monolithic structures of the 1st and 2nd floors of sections 1 and 2, and completed the formwork and reinforcement for the monolithic slab of the 3rd floor of section 2.
The new 96-apartment building will feature an insulated façade and finished common areas. A civil protection shelter is also planned within the building. In addition to the construction of housing, landscaping of the surrounding area will be carried out.
