The building has already undergone several upgrades: windows and balcony units have been replaced, and the attic and basement ceilings have been insulated. Lighting has been installed in common areas and roof exits, ventilation shafts and parapets have been rebuilt, and concrete slab coverings have been completed. The elevator equipment has been replaced and is now operational. In addition, a main water supply network has been installed and will be connected shortly.

Currently, the final stage includes replacing and glazing windows and balconies. Some apartment entrance doors have also been replaced.
At the moment, construction crews are insulating and decorating the facades. Simultaneously, canopies are being installed on the balconies of the 9th floor. Major roof repairs and finishing of common areas are also underway. Plumbing works are in progress to replace the stormwater drainage system.
Accessibility for people with limited mobility is also being taken into account: ramps and tactile paving are planned at building entrances.
