The reconstruction of housing destroyed as a result of russia’s full-scale invasion continues in the Kyiv region. In Hostomel, on Proskurivska Street, we are implementing a large-scale residential construction project on the site of apartment buildings that were destroyed during the hostilities in 2022.
The project involves the construction of a modern residential complex consisting of seven-story buildings with 360 apartments. Previously, this site was home to buildings with 272 apartments, which sustained significant damage.

A key component of the project will be a dual-purpose structure with the protective features of a radiation shelter. In peacetime, it will function as a sports complex, and in the event of danger, it will serve as a reliable shelter for residents. The total area of the structure will exceed 2,100 m², and it will be able to accommodate 1,212 people at a time.

Construction work is currently progressing actively. The construction site has already been prepared, and the first and second phases of the project are underway. Builders are installing the basement walls of building No. 2 and the basement floor slab of building No. 3. At the same time, the foundation has been prepared and the installation of a tower crane for the construction of the shelter is in progress.

We are rebuilding not only housing but also creating a modern, safe, and comfortable living environment for people. This is exactly what the communities we restore after the devastation of war should look like.
