The restoration of the bridge over the Zhdenivka River, which collapsed in June this year in Zakarpattia Oblast, has reached the stage of installing the span structure. Emergency reconstruction work is underway at km 32+179 of the T-07-10 Uzhok – Nyzhni Vorota road.
The span beams between the two abutments have already been installed. The next stage involves casting the concrete slab and installing the bridge’s protective deck.
The bridge restoration works are being carried out under the Memorandum signed between the Service for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure in Zakarpattia oblast and “Verkhovynskyi Wind Park” LLC. The reconstruction is being carried out without the use of state or local budget funds. Specialists from the Service for Restoration in Zakarpattia oblast are conducting technical supervision to ensure the quality of the works and compliance with the project documentation.
The bridge, located in the Zhdeniievo community along the T-07-10 road, collapsed in June 2025. As a result, eight mountain villages were cut off. To restore traffic, a temporary river crossing over the Zhdenivka River was quickly constructed.
