REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION
A request for public information may be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information” by a natural or legal person, or a citizens’ association without legal entity status, in oral, written, or any other form (by mail, fax, telephone, or email) at the discretion of the requester.

APPEAL
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals” and the provisions on electronic appeals and petitions, citizens may submit electronic appeals via the Internet and electronic communication tools.
An electronic appeal to the Agency for Restoration may be sent to: info@restoration.gov.ua
The electronic appeal may be written in any form but must comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals”.
